Did you love a room this week? Click on the Revealed Rooms heading and you’ll find images of the finished rooms as well as a selection of products featured in the Revealed Rooms for the week. Every week we‘ll also offer you special deals so keep coming back to snag a bargain on your favourite Block products.

Is it the same product as used by the contestants?

If it says "as used in..." then it's the same item that was featured in the room.

If we are unable to secure the same item, we sometimes find an alternative item which is the similar in look and style.

Renovating your kitchen?

You can shop by the type of room you’re interested in. Whether it be Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Outdoor or Kids, you can browse all products relevant to the room you want.

How do I make my purchase?

Found a product you love? Click on the “add to cart” button. Input the number required and you’ll then be given the option to checkout or continue shopping. Once you have finished shopping, head to the checkout and you will be prompted to register an account with us. Simply follow the prompts and your order will be confirmed at the last step. How do I know if an item is in stock yet?

All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed or they are made to order or pre order items. Made to order items such as artworks and custom furniture, do have a lead time, so please check the "shipping and delivery" tab for the item for specific production time frames. Please be aware that an item in your shopping cart, can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

Shipping & Delivery

How much are Shipping Costs?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and size of the item and also your location. Some of our retailers offer free shipping! To work out your shipping costs, please add the item to your cart and enter your shipping address. This will calculate the shipping amount for you. In some cases, for regional locations, additional shipping costs may apply and in rare events, we may not be able to ship to some regional locations due to challenges with sourcing suitable delivery providers. In this case, we will make contact and provide a full refund. Combining items with suppliers may reduce your shipping costs in some cases but please contact with any queries.

Shipping provided is to ground floor and front door only, with no rubbish removal service. If you have additional delivery requirements, additional costs may apply so please contact our customer service team with any queries.

I ordered a product today when will I receive it?

Specific time frames can be found under the "shipping and delivery" tab for each individual product. Made to order and pre order items, will have a longer lead time for production. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order it on the way, and if available, tracking details will be provided.

Can I change my delivery address?

We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already dispatched. Identification may be requested for a requested address change prior to shipment.

Can you hold my items or can I request my delivery be delayed for a specific date?

No, we cannot always hold items for delivery without prior approval. Please contact the team on to check if this will be possible prior to ordering. Storage/holding fees may apply.

We cannot request a specific delivery date with the couriers. But once your order dispatches, you receive the tracking so will be able to track online the day it is coming and if you aren't home you can either give authority to leave directly with the courier, or they will leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time.

I live overseas can I buy from the Block Shop?

Some of our retailers DO ship internationally, however you’ll need to contact us for a shipping quote and we can send you an invoice. International delivery charges, local import duties and taxes will need to be paid for by the customer. Just contact us here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The Block Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, and Zippay.

How do I know The Block Shop is secure?

All payments are processed via a very trusted payment gateways in the world. This uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. The platform securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information. The Block Shop does not store any credit card information and all sensitive data (e.g. names and addresses) is transmitted over a secure connection.


Coupon Codes and Gift Cards

I have two coupon codes, can I use both on the same order?

No, only one coupon code is available per order. Use one today and the other tomorrow!

I have a gift card and a coupon code can I use both?

Yes gift cards and coupon codes can be used together unless the Terms & Conditions of the gift card specifiy that it can't be used in conjunction with any other offer. So please make sure you review the T&C's associated with the gift card you are planning to use.

Returns and Exchanges

Any returns for the products will be governed in accordance with our returns policy, a copy of which can be found here.

I've changed my mind can I make a return?

Here at The Block Shop we want to make online shopping as easy and risk free as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt (excluding ineligible for return items below).

If you decide to return your purchase, you can choose from the following options;

Store Credit - A store credit will be issued for the value of the item, less shippings costs, and can be used anywhere on The Block Shop and is valid for 12 months.

Exchange - Exchange for another Block Shop item to the same value, including shipping costs.

Items Ineligible for Return - We cannot accept returns for made to order goods. This applies to all artworks on the site, opened mattresses, quilts, sheets and pillows and any custom made items. This is effective once you make the order as this is when these items will go into production.

I’m buying an item as a gift, can I get it gift wrapped?

Some of our sellers will offer gift wrapping and a message can be included with your item.

When you are making your purchase, make a note in the comments section that this is being bought as a gift and any message you’d like included with the package. Our retailers will do their best to fulfill your request, however gift wrapping cannot be guaranteed

Your Block Bucks can be used on any product, even if it is on sale but please remember your Block Bucks will expire after 12 months.

Does it cost anything to join?

No, this is our reward to you, so we aren’t going to sting you with any initial or ongoing membership costs or fees!

How do I cancel?

Of course you won’t, but if you do need to cancel your membership, please contact our champion customer service team at They will be happy to sort it out for you?

Do I receive a membership card?

No, none of us need another card to keep track of or let’s face it, lose! All your need is your login details; email address and password, and you are good to go!

How do I earn Block Bucks?

You can earn Block Bucks by shopping online at The Block Shop. You will earn 2 Block Buck for every dollar spent, and once you reach 250 Block Bucks you can apply $25 credit to your next order!
