How much are Shipping Costs?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and size of the item and also your location. Of course a heavy mirror will cost more than a tea-towel.. As our items ship from a range of retailers, orders for multiple items will arrive separately for maximum excitement! Some of our retailers do offer free shipping this will be listed on the product information under shipping. In some cases, for regional locations, additional shipping costs may apply and in rare events, we may not be able to ship to some regional locations due to challenges with sourcing suitable delivery providers. In this case, we will make contact and provide a full refund.

To work out your shipping costs, please enter your address details in the shipping calculator for the specific item. This will calculate the shipping amount for you. To calculate shipping costs for multiple items, please add to your cart and head to the checkout to enter your address and you will see a detailed breakdown of the shipping costs. Combining items with suppliers may reduce your shipping costs in some cases, but please contact info@theblockshop.com.au with any queries.

I ordered a product today when will I receive it?

Specific time frames can be found under the product page for each product. Made to order and pre order items, will have a longer lead time for production. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on the way, and tracking details will be provided at this page. You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to inform us if you didn't receive your item so this can enable us to lodge an enquiry with the courier/postal service.

Can I provide an Authority to Leave?

Absolutely, if there is a safe place to leave your order at your shipping address, please tick the “Authority to Leave” box at checkout. Otherwise, if you are not home, and it is a large item, the courier or postie will leave a card for you to collect, or to contact and arrange collection. If you do not collect or arrange collection within the designated time period, you may be charged additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

I live overseas can I buy from the Block Shop?

Yes, we have many of our gorgeous products available for overseas shipping. You’ll need to contact us for a shipping quote and we can send you an invoice. International delivery charges, local import duties and taxes will need to be paid for by the customer. Just contact us at info@theblockshop.com.au for help with overseas shipping.
