Did you love a room this week? Click on the Shop By Room tab and you’ll find images of the finished rooms as well as a selection of products featured in the Revealed Rooms for the week. Every week we‘ll also offer you special deals so keep coming back to to snag a bargain on your favourite Block products.

Renovating your kitchen?
You can shop by the type of room you’re interested in. Whether it be Kitchen, Bathroom, Living, Bedroom, Outdoor or Kids, you can browse all products relvant to the room you want. Just hover over the Shop By Room link to see a list of all room categories.
How do I make my purchase?
Found a product you love? Click on the “add to cart” button underneath each item. Input the number required and you’ll then be given the option to checkout or continue shopping. Once you have finished shopping, head to the checkout and you will be prompted to register an account with us. Simply follow the prompts and your order will be confirmed at the last step. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that an item in your shopping cart, can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
Shipping and Delivery
How much is postage and handling?
The majority of retailers on The Block Shop offer free shipping on their products (unless otherwise specified).
I ordered a product today when will I receive it?
Most products are shipped within two business days and should arrive around Australia within 7-10 business days depending on where you live. If you have purchased a hand made item, the delivery times will be specified when purchasing the product.
I live overseas can I buy from the Block Shop?
Some of our retailers DO ship internationally, however you’ll need to contact us for a quote. International delivery charges, local import duties and taxes will need to be paid for by the customer. Just contact us here.
All orders are processed in Australian Dollars and include GST.

What forms of payment do you accept?
The Block Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, and direct PayPal account payments.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from The Block Shop?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from us, however, if you already have an existing PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
How do I know The Block Shop is secure?
All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information. The Block Shop does not store any credit card information and all sensitive data (e.g. names and addresses) is transmitted over a secure connection.
Returns and Exchanges
I've changed my mind can I make a return?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.*
If you change your mind on your purchase and decide to return your goods, you will be given the option of either a store credit or an exchange.
If you opt for a store credit, you will be given a credit to the same value once the item has been returned to the retailer in its original condition and packaging. Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods will be paid for by you. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot provide a store-credit until the item has been received.
If you decide on an exchange you can only exchange your purchase for another item from the same retailer of the same or lower value than your original purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the retailer’s address details and you will need to include a stamped, self-addressed post pack with your return for the retailer to post the exchange item.
*Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for made to orders goods eg artworks and custom made furnishings.
To make a return
Contact us to let us know about the problem. Email us here and provide the following details.
• your order number and the date of your order;
• your contact details including full name, address, phone number and email;
• a description of the problem; and
• the outcome you would prefer (i.e. a refund, replacement exchange or store credit).
Once we receive your claim we will contact you to work out the best way forward, including returning the product and providing any refund or replacement.
I’m buying an item as a gift, can I get it gift wrapped?
Some of our sellers will offer gift wrapping and a message can be included with your item.
When you are making your purchase, make a note in the comments section that this is being bought as a gift and any message you’d like included with the package. Our retailers will do their best to fulfill your request, however giftwrapping cannot be guaranteed.
