Alieska

Alieska’s bright bold paintings has seen various transformations and journeys in the twenty plus years she has been working. Alieska is interested in venturing with her viewers to where the known is still in its fundamental state. To allow her viewer to roam the world of colour and shape uninterrupted by ideas, leaving the audience with a sense of invigoration and happiness.

Alieska was born in the Netherlands and studied at the Art Academy in Utrecht followed by the Kunst Gewerbe Shule in Zurich. She is represented in public and private collections internationally and incorporated in numerous publications on modern art: e.g. Selected Contemporary Artists of Australia by Michael Berry.
