Product Notes
Once an order is placed, our Australian-based manufacturing process begins, ensuring all products are ready for dispatch within 3-4 weeks.
From the time the product is dispatched from our facility, please find estimated delivery timelines below:
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide metropolitan areas: 2 - 5 days
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane outer metropolitan/regional areas: 3 - 7 days
- QLD, NSW, VIC, SA (regional) and TAS: 5 - 7 days
- WA and NT: 7 - 14 days.
Bedheads and bed bases come separately, requiring assembly prior to use.
Japandi Estate offers an all-in-one delivery service which will see our delivery partner deliver, assemble and remove any packaging from your home - leaving your product ready to use (and space clean).
Product Care
Our products have been designed from high-quality materials to promote longevity. To ensure that you're products are able to withstand the test of time, as they were designed for, we strongly recommend following these steps:
- Avoid direct sunlight as prolonged exposure can cause fading and/or discolouration in fabrics.
- Vacuum regularly using low suction setting.
- In the event of spillages on fabric, gently scrape any soil or mop any liquid from the surface.
