The courier will not take the item(s) to the inside of your shipping address as that is the responsibility of the customer. Please note if your shipping address is that of a unit/apartment, the courier may not be able to deliver the products beyond the ground floor. It is the responsibility of the customer to collect the item(s) from there and take it to their respective floor.
