• If the item is damaged during transit, you must notify us on the day of delivery or the following business day. This allows us to lodge a timely claim with the courier under the shipping insurance policy. • Please note that claims for transit damage submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted, as this exceeds the allowable timeframe for submitting a shipping insurance claim.
• Returns Policy
• To ensure complete peace of mind, we offer a 14-Day Change of Mind Policy. A 15% restocking fee applies, and customers may return any unopened and unused item, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Please note the following conditions:
• The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to bonus or discounted items.
• Returned products must be in resalable condition.
• Products must be unused and in good condition.
• Items that are new but missing their original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or water exposure will not be accepted.
• For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is damaged during return shipping, the customer may be required to file a claim with the courier.
• Customers must arrange the return via courier, as our warehouse is not open to the public. This policy ensures a safe, secure, and efficient process for both customers and staff.
• Returned items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in 100% re-sellable condition upon arrival at our facility.
• Do not write on or affix labels directly to the product or its original packaging. Shipping labels must only be placed on the outer shipping carton or satchel.
