I thoroughly enjoyed illustrating this bird collection. One of my favourite birds in Australia. The kookaburra is known for its loud laughter call and is quite pleasant to listen to and is found throughout Australia.

This artwork is from an original ink on paper illustration. The canvas we use is 80% cotton, 20% polyester. The polyester is added to give greater tension across the image so it doesn't sag over time. The canvas is stretched onto pine stretcher bars which are strong, durable and from planted forests and are environmentally friendly. Frame it if you choose. We use front load frames, so the canvas sits alongside the frame. You can select from Oak, White or Black and they are a 10mm front with a 48mm side. All our canvas art is ready to hang.
