CLARY SAGE USAGE:
Diffuse 6-10 drops to your diffuser (depends on diffuser and room size).
For a calming and relaxing bath, add 2-3 drops to your chosen carrier oil before adding to the bathwater.
Add a few drops to your chosen carrier oil for topical application.
AVOID USING WHILE PREGNANT AND BREASTFEEDING.
