2023 Block Auction Results & Photo Highlights

The Block Auction 2023: Let's talk prices and take a look at the highlights from the big day!
House 1 - Kyle and Leslie, sold for $3.1 million, their reserve was $2.970 mil, giving the couple a profit of $130,000.
House 2 - Leah and Ash passed in at auction, having not met reserve price of $2.970 mil. Sold in February 2024 for $3.125 mil, profit of $155,000 plus the Ford mustang and shooting them into 3rd place behind House 4 and House 5.
House 3 - Kristy and Brett sold for $3,035,000, their reserve was $2.970 mil, giving Kristy and Brett a profit of $65,000.
House 4 -Steph and Gian sold for $5,000,000, their reserve was $3.350 mil giving Steph and Gian a profit of $1.65 million + $100,000 prize money taking them to $1.75 million in winnings and the couple have take Block record from Omar and Oz in 2022 with a brand new record going to Steph and Gian and the highest winnings in Block History!
House 5 - Eliza and Liberty sold for $4,300,000, their reserve price was $3.250 mil giving the girls $1,050,000 in profit.
It was a Block auction that had it all, was it ever going to not be drama filled this season! But we did NOT see that coming, what a rollercaoster!
