Our vintage troughs are each completely unique. Once used to hold water for animals in Indonesia, we're excited to be able to give them a new purpose in life.
Use them as planters, water features or maybe even a sink... Options are endless!
Being vintage, each has it's own beautiful shape with quirks that reflect their age and use.
These vintage troughs should be properly treated for the intended purpose. If using as a planter, we suggest adding a drainage hole and a lining. If using as a fountain or sink we suggest professional installation and, again, the inclusion of a lining/sealant to protect your beautiful piece and ensure longevity.
We can provide additional services such as
Sealing of trough (includes a layer of cement render and 5 coats of clear rubber sealant internally) $220 (4-5 week lead time)
Conversion to a fountain (includes sealing, drilling of hole, pump and copper spout via a plumber) $750 (4-5 week lead time)
Items not requiring sealant and/or fountain conversion can be dispatched within 7-10 days
The pump we use comes with a 5 year warranty

Store Credit - A store credit will be issued for the value of the item, less shippings costs, and can be used anywhere on The Block Shop and is valid for 12 months.
Exchange - Exchange for another Block Shop item to the same value, including shipping costs.
