Printed using genuine archival Epson Ultrachrome K3 HDX pigmented inks. A4 prints are flat packed and anything larger is carefully packed in a mailing tube.

HOW LONG WILL MY ARTWORK TAKE TO ARRIVE? All art is made to order and can take between 1-2 days for print and production. Then add on delivery times from Melbourne, Australia, which can be between 2-4 working days, depending on your location within Australia. Production and postage may be longer in busy periods. WHERE DO WE SHIP? Australia Wide HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? Express Shipping Flat Rate of $10 within Australia. HOW ARE ORDERS SENT? A4 prints are flat packed and anything larger is carefully packed in a mailing tube. RETURNS/EXCHANGES As all artwork are made and printed to order, I can not accept returns or exchanges as I do not hold stock. In the unlikely event that your print goes missing or doesn’t arrive in pristine condition, I can reprint and resend it for you, free of charge.

Here at The Block Shop we want to make online shopping as easy and risk free as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt (excluding made to order goods). Made to order goods include all artworks and any custom made furniture.

If you decide to return your purchase, you can choose from the following options;

Refund - We are happy to offer you a refund for the value of the item, less shipping costs.

Store Credit - A store credit will be issued for the value of the item, less shippings costs, and can be used anywhere on The Block Shop and is valid for 12 months.

Exchange - Exchange for another Block Shop item to the same value, including shipping costs.
