The Tait woven rope lounge chair is premium reproduction of an iconic Herman Miller piece, designed in Vienna. An ingenious union of craftsmanship and minimum materials, employing both artisan handcrafted techniques with machined technology. Achieving an alluring yet refined result.
Inspired by fresh air, sunshine and relaxed Australian living. The armchair features a solid Ashwood frame with curved railing, rounded corners, tapered legs and suspended against a system of knotted parachute cords. Acting as an integral part of the chair’s design, the tightly woven ropes builds internal tension and creates the feeling of being enclosed in a comforting, protective nest. Further complimented by two plump and supportive cushions in classic grey, making for that ultimate lounging experience. The Tait can be paired with a variety of interior setting for perfect relaxation points.
