We use a number of carriers from Shippit (under which falls Allied Express, Fastway, and TNT) to our internal logistic services to perform all deliveries across Australia and the time frames vary depending on the product ordered, its availability in the warehouse, the customer’s location and the product’s dimension and weight. If the item you have ordered is available in the warehouse and ready for dispatch: Delivery time frame within VIC, NSW, and SA: 7-14 business days from dispatch Delivery time frame for WA and TAS: 7-28 business days from dispatch, and, Delivery time frame for QLD: 7-28 days from dispatch For all pre-orders (items that are yet not available in the warehouse), the estimated delivery lead time will be significantly longer and vary depending on the item being restocked. Product ETA is available under the description tab. If your order has been booked via Shippit (generally for smaller items), you will receive a tracking number. However, please bear in mind that for all deliveries performed by our internal logistics, the local delivery team will be in touch with you to schedule a delivery date once the item is received on their end, which may generally be between 2 to 4 weeks after dispatch. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to NT and some remote/regional locations or areas, where the delivery of an order will result in unacceptably high freight charges to Koala Living. We reserve the right to request further shipping fees in such instances or to cancel an order prior to dispatch, following which a full refund will be issued.
