• Please note that claims for transit damage submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted, as this exceeds the allowable timeframe for submitting a shipping insurance claim.

• To ensure complete peace of mind, we offer a 14-Day Change of Mind Policy. A 15% restocking fee applies, and customers may return any unopened and unused item, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the product.
