Introducing our Middleton Beach wool rug inspired by the iconic Middleton beach in Albany, Western Australia, where white sand, cool blue water and the iconic Ellen Cove jetty all melt together into the most breath taking scenery!
The traditional owners, the Noongar peoples, know the place as Binalup meaning the place of first light, since the sun rises over the waters in the morning.
It really is a sight to behold!
Our Middleton Beach wool rug captures that magical light in it's intricate flecks of blues, greys, pinks, whites and browns. Reminiscent of the weed (ohh that weed you find on Middleton Beach!)
Expertly hand woven by our master weavers in thick felted, wool yarn, this wool rug is made to last a lifetime.
Each rug is hand finished with beautiful tassels in a mixture of the natural wool yarn colours of blues, pinks and browns.
Our Middleton rug is made from 75% New Zealand wool and 25% cotton.
