An affirmation card deck for kids with anxiety and high sensitivity. A wonderful 45 card deck to help children learn how to manage big feelings and challenging thoughts. Based on the author’s lived experience with childhood separation anxiety, each card holds a gentle message. The cards also include colourful illustrations which have been created by an Australian artist. Cards are designed for kids aged 5-13, but they can be used by adults too!
The box set of 45 cards includes a matching guidebook, which contains a guided meditation script, suggestions on how to use the cards, and helpful resources. This deck has been given the tick of approval by a psychologist, psychiatrist, and school counsellor.
