Please allow between 1- 3 weeks for rug deliveries. Your order will be packaged and on its way to you within 3-5 business days from purchase date.
Doormats and Runner Rugs are dispatched within 1-2 business days via Australia Post. Please allow between 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

*This excludes very rural and remote areas. If you are in a rural and/or remote area, extra charges for shipping may apply. One of our staff members will be in contact with you regarding the extra rural and/or remote shipping fees if applicable. Occasionally we are charged extra surcharges for certain postcodes in WA by our freight companies. This would exclude your order from our free shipping policy and means we would be in contact shortly after you make your order. Unfortunately, we can no longer absorb these fees and we will need to contact you post-purchase to pass on some of the shipping charges, request you provide an alternative address we can try instead or offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
If there is no one home to sign for your rug delivery, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange Redelivery (without any additional charges), unless you have requested an 'Authority to Leave' (ATL). This means that the rug/s will be left at your home or business in a safe place if you are not home to sign for the delivery. Please note: if you provide an ATL, Rugs For Good will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods.
We also cannot ship to P.O. boxes, Parcel Collect or outside of Australia.
Here at The Block Shop we want to make online shopping as easy and risk free as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt (excluding made to order goods). Made to order goods include all artworks and any custom made furniture.
If you decide to return your purchase, you can choose from the following options;
Refund - We are happy to offer you a refund for the value of the item, less shipping costs.
Store Credit - A store credit will be issued for the value of the item, less shippings costs, and can be used anywhere on The Block Shop and is valid for 12 months.
Exchange - Exchange for another Block Shop item to the same value, including shipping costs.
