CSR Cemintel Surround

Surround is a prefinished fibre cement product – this means it comes with a colour coated finish applied in the factory and there is no need to paint it. 

Originally developed as a cladding product, we now see it being used a lot more in Eaves and Soffits because you don’t need to paint it. There is no need for a sore neck, paint getting in your eyes from looking upwards – just install it in your preferred colour and ladders/scaffolding down! Best of all, it is low maintenance as you don’t need to re-paint it.

Surround is a curated range that allows you to mix and match colours with confidence, whether it’s for your home or commercial project. The expertise that has gone into the development of the palette enables all the colours to work beautifully together or individually. The palette has a core range of neutrals and discrete patterns, together with 16 highlight colours.

The Surround range works equally well for interior applications as well as exterior facades and cladding with its sophisticated tactile surfaces. The 1200mm x 3000mm panels can be installed in a horizontal or vertical orientation. The panels are installed using a top hat fixing system, and more recently, for residential homes, a system that can fix to timber battens. Both systems use colour matched rivets or screws for a more seamless aesthetic to your project. 

 Surround is suitable for use where non-combustible building materials are required in accordance with Clause C1.9 and Part 3.7.1.2 of the BCA.
