It is well packed and insured against breakage. Freight price is for product to be delivered to a business or drop at home unattended. Additional freight may be incurred if product needs to be delivered while you are there, and for remote country destinations. (If freight is higher than stated we will let you know and you can have a full refund if you you wish). Please allow 4 -8 weeks for delivery of your artwork, which includes production and delivery time. If the delivery time is sensitive please contact The Block Shop for a specific due date before you place the order. Rarely the item may be further delayed and in this case we will contact you and offer a full refund if you prefer not to wait. We hope you understand this situation during these challenging times.

Refund - We are happy to offer you a refund for the value of the item, less shipping costs.

Store Credit - A store credit will be issued for the value of the item, less shippings costs, and can be used anywhere on The Block Shop and is valid for 12 months.

Exchange - Exchange for another Block Shop item to the same value, including shipping costs.
