The Banana teak bench is low maintenance, resistant, long lasting, and light weighted. It resists rotting, splitting and buckling. Because of its naturally resistant qualities, Teak outlives plastic or softwood outdoor furniture. Easily transportable to different locations in your backyard paradise, or folded and stored during winter if you so desire. Traditional joinery techniques are used because they have proven superior. Mortise and Tenon joints, dovetails, and teak dowels hold the item together. Brass components are used wherever folding joints are required because of their rustproof qualities.
PLEASE NOTE: All Teak Furniture needs to be assembled by a Schots carpenter before collection. Our Teak is assembled in-house in Victoria using quality marine glue. Please notify us if you require this unassembled.
