Features:

• 18/10 stainless steel exterior and interior; double-wall structure with foam insulation
• Metal carrying handles on two opposite sides of container; side handles when not in use rest against container for space efficiency; the bottom of container walls extends past the container base to minimize abrasion of the base against the surface of your table or counter.
• Latch in two places on the container; each latch when opened allows its bail to fit into corresponding hook welded to cover; the third hook on the cover fits into the slot of a strip of metal welded to container; silicone gasket on the underside of cover completes the closure by sealing in the temperature inside the container and sealing out the temperature outside the container.
• Tubular handle welded to lid; a recess in lid for finger space.

• Factors that will affect the changing of holding time is using it in a different environment, especially when in climate conditions (ambient temperature whether it's filled, or preheating, etc.)
• The insulated temperature for 12 hours is 93C which will slowly decrease to 35C, especially in high-temperature degrees that only last for a few hours. Using indoors is highly recommended. The insulator cannot keep the liquid at a stable temperature. Its role is only to slow down the rate of temperature drop.

Precautions for product use:

• The product cannot be filled with too much water.
• Do not tilt and place upside down.
• Do not soak the whole product in water for cleaning which will cause water absorption in the insulation layer.
• Can only be rinsed with running water or wiped with a cloth.
• After the product has been filled with tea, coffee, and other beverages, please clean it in time and wipe off the water, so that beverage residue will not corrode the product.
• All insulated pots are not allowed to be heated on Fire.

• Once your claim has been assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted with the next steps regarding a return, refund, or replacement. Please do not return any item without prior approval from us.
• A refund or replacement will not be issued if the product has been misused, mishandled, or improperly installed. Customers are responsible for following all instructions and guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
• If the item is damaged during transit, you must notify us on the day of delivery or the following business day. This allows us to lodge a timely claim with the courier under the shipping insurance policy. To initiate the warranty process, a detailed description of the issue is required, along with supporting images or a short video clip, if applicable.
• Please note that claims for transit damage submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted, as this exceeds the allowable timeframe for submitting a shipping insurance claim.

Returns Policy

• To ensure complete peace of mind, we offer a 14-Day Change of Mind Policy. A 15% restocking fee applies, and customers may return any unopened and unused item, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Please note the following conditions:
• The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to bonus or discounted items.
• Returned products must be in resalable condition.
• Products must be unused and in good condition.
• Items that are new but missing their original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or water exposure will not be accepted.
• For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is damaged during return shipping, the customer may be required to file a claim with the courier.
• Customers must arrange the return via courier, as our warehouse is not open to the public. This policy ensures a safe, secure, and efficient process for both customers and staff.
• Returned items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in 100% re-sellable condition upon arrival at our facility.
• Do not write on or affix labels directly to the product or its original packaging. Shipping labels must only be placed on the outer shipping carton or satchel.
