We're mad about Terrazzo!

The 1950s tile trend is having a big comeback - and we are SO there for it.
It was once a mainstay in mid-century homes. And now terrazzo (which, to the uninitiated, is a flooring material consisting of chips of marble or granite set in concrete and polished up to make it smooth), is having its moment in the sun again! Used as tiles or as a decorative building material (think plant pots, bench tops or splash-backs), terrazzo is popping up again all over the place - and it's even made its way to The Block 2018!
We are crushing hard on Hans and Courtney's tile choice, and so were the judges, awarding their room first place at last Sunday's room reveal.
