It’s not all just tiles and vanities, what the Blockheads put into their bathrooms are what makes the difference.

As the Block contestants tackle bathroom week, there’s multiple choices for them to make.

Should they build a bath or shower? Should they have a toilet in the room or out? What cabinets and fixtures should they use? And most importantly, what products should they fill their bathrooms with to take it up a level from a simple en-suite to a spa for their home.

That all combines to make a statement about the way that you want the person living in that home and using that bathroom to feel, that this is a luxury space beyond the hardware.”

Mitch and Mark created an incredible day-spa style steam room on The Block in 2021 that made Neale Whitaker envious!

A great example of that is the V&M Spa range featured by Mitch and Mark in their 2019 Oslo build and again in Hampton.

The V&M process is simple, Victoria says. Start with the V&M Spa Balancing Shampoo to remove impurities from the hair, always wash the hair a second time with either our V&M Spa Balancing or Hydrating Shampoo, depending on the hair type, then follow with the V&M Spa Treatment conditioner, which must be combed through the hair and rinsed well.

“After creating the V&M Spa hair range of products, it was time to explore products that also nurture our precious skin,” Victoria says.

“Beautiful hair needs beautiful skin to match. The V&M Spa Lavender Bath Milk and Body Wash were the first in our range.

“Both are designed to nurture and enhance silky smooth, healthy skin. And we have been busy working on extending our line with our guasha style hairbrush, designed to encourage blood circulation around the follicle to encourage healthy stronger hair growth and our new body loafer, designed to gently exfoliate the skin, made with unbleached cotton/linen.”
