Take a look through the Challenge Apartment, which could be your new home! *Swoons*

This one could be yours! Yep, if you purchase a Monopoly game, you could be in the running to take home this amazing apartment, similar in footprint to its upstairs neighbours’ Hans and Courtney. Designed with a 'St Kilda’ brief in mind, it’s fun, funky, quirky, and has a great contemporary urban vibe. Oh, and it’s also stacked full of amazing features and finishes. Just think - you might be living there one day!

Challenge Apartment Bathroom Bianca and Carla nailed the “quirky St Kilda” brief, presenting a bathroom that was both functional, but fun as well.
Bathroom Challenge Apartment. All three judges blown away by the simple, monochromatic space Hayden and Sara presented.
Guest Bedroom Challenge Apartment. The brief was ‘bold, bright, St Kilda’ - and boy did Kerrie and Spence take that literally, revealing a room that had a large graffiti laneway mural, custom-made bedhead, and plenty of quirky details.
Guest Bedroom Challenge Apartment This was a winning room - and the judges couldn’t get enough of Courtney and Hans' guest bedroom.
Master Bedroom Challenge Apartment Norm and Jess created what they saw as their “ultimate Master Bedroom.”
Dining room Challenge Apartment. Turns out, it really was ‘all good’ for our sunny Queenslanders, with the judges loving their bright, bold dining area.
