You’d think he’d have had enough of renovations after presiding over The Gatwick for three months this year. Not so! In fact, Neale and partner David Novak Piper have been stuck into refreshing their own place - and it’s coming along beautifully.
The couple, who recently relocated to Bundewallah on New South Wales' south coast from inner-city Sydney, have shared a ‘first look’ at the work that’s underway on their home via their social media channels.

Home Sweet Home. The couple purchased their delightful Bundewallah home earlier this year. While David resides there full time, Neale, who is on the road a lot with The Block and his filming commitments for Love it or List It, also stays at their small apartment in Sydney when he's travelling.

Neale’s home is a beautiful mix of old and new - with stacks of personality. We love how he’s created this little vignette on a side table in his living room.

What’s not to love about this gorgeous Afghan rug? It’s a beautiful statement piece, which works well with the plain, white-washed floor.

Um, we recognise that fireplace! Neale was obviously a fan of that hanging “tonsil”, which featured prominently in Jess and Norm’s stunning living space. He captioned the photo: "Roll on winter Aether suspended fireplace by @aurorasuspendedfires and #Dekton hearth by @cosentino_aust. Now we just need art on the walls!"

We are crushing on that beautiful olive-toned cabinetry in Neale’s renovated kitchen. It works really well with the stone benchtops in the light, bright space.
