Angie Summa

An Australian based artist living on the sunny Gold Coast, Angie’s work is inspired by the natural beauty in everyday life. She uses soft earthy tones and pastel colours throughout her work, whether it be creating the soft flow of delicate flower petals or composing a whimsical story in a still life. After a successful career as a television producer and then photographer, Angie picked up a paintbrush for the first time in her life during the pandemic in early 2021. She has since discovered a renewed creative self and a fresh passion in life, each day learning, growing and on purpose. Painting is now Angie’s full time passion and she hopes to celebrate colour, spread joy and create positive energy through her artworks. Each piece is painted with a deep sense of happiness and playful fun, not to mention a bit of daggy dancing along to sweet tunes. “My aim is to bring a little bit of joy into the everyday. If I can lift someones spirit or make someone smile through my art, then that’s the best day ever.”
